About Me
I’m an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (PMHNP-BC) licensed in Michigan with over a decade of clinical experience delivering high-quality, empathetic care in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by one core belief: mental illness deserves the same understanding and compassion as any other medical condition. Many mental health conditions—just like diabetes or hypertension—have biological and environmental roots, and you deserve care that reflects that reality.

I work collaboratively with patients to prescribe and manage medications when appropriate, explore alternatives when useful, and connect you with therapists and resources that help build sustainable coping skills. Public Speaking & Engagements
In addition to clinical care and education, I actively speak publicly on topics related to mental health and psychiatric care from a PMHNP perspective. My talks are grounded in evidence-based practice, real clinical experience, and a deep belief in destigmatizing mental health challenges. I tailor presentations for a range of audiences, including schools, faith based organizations, community groups, healthcare professionals, and any and all organizations seeking clear, compassionate guidance on mental health issues.
Whether I’m presenting on understanding ADHD, reducing mental health stigma, or practical tools for supporting emotional wellbeing, my goal is the same: to inform, empower, and destigmatize. I bring warmth, clinical insight, and real-world relevance to every talk.
